Work Package 8 - Project management

WP8 is responsible for the coordination and project management, following the main objectives to:

1. steer the project and address unexpected situations, be these of a scientific, technological, societal or political nature;
2. monitor the project progress to ensure its conformity with the work plan, with regard to overall progress, milestones, deliverables and planned resources;
3. handle financial, logistics, information and coordination issues in accordance with the EC contract and rules as well as with the consortium agreement.
